Cafe All Rounder / Barista

Since our establishment in 2020, we have built a reputation for excellence and now, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Cafe All Rounder to join our team in Westfield Penrith.

As a part of our team, you will have the chance to work autonomously in a successful and well-established company.

You will be responsible for performing the following duties :

• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
• Preparing barista-style coffee and serving food to customers to the highest standards
• Serving all customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
• Handling cash transactions and using the POS system accurately
• Demonstrating a proactive approach to helping the team during busy periods
• Driving sales and contribute to store KPI's
• Building relationships with our clientele and contributing to customer database
• Assisting with store operations including visual merchandising and stock-take
• Requirements
• Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in a retail setting and meeting KPI's is preferred but not essential
• A genuine passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
• Barista skills or a willingness to learn and be trained in coffee preparation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work 3-4 days a week
