• The Role

We are seeking a full-time Project and Systems Support Officer to join the IT team at our Support Office in Derrimut. The primary purpose of the role is to plan, design and test new IT related business projects, in collaboration with technical associates and other key stakeholders. The key responsibilities of the role include :

• Undertake project lead responsibilities as allocated
• Work with the businesses Project Manager to improve system efficiencies and collaborate in the management of projects in various areas as required
• Meet with business suppliers and programmers for project management work during the development of business projects and where software updates and modifications are required by the business
• Contributes to or author technical documentation for technical related projects. There will be requirement to assist with production of white papers on technical projects
• Provide status reports and updates to all stakeholders and immediate manager regarding project status and system outcomes
• Creation and maintenance of System Knowledge-Base. This will be used for training materials and troubleshooting references
• Be available for on-call works as required outside of business hours if applicable, especially within a project
• About You

To be successful in this role you will have :

• High level methodologies and processes for managing complex database
• Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide or recommend software solutions
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Microsoft SQL experience required
