The Role :

This is a high-impact leadership position overseeing all areas of spa operations of Merse Wellness Spa Virginia . You’ll lead a passionate team, drive sales performance, and deliver five-star customer experiences.

This role offers more than just a job—it’s an unique opportunity to grow with Australia’s fastest-growing wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily spa operations, maintaining exceptional facility standards.
• Own the entire client journey—from welcome to long-term care.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of 5-10 receptionists to deliver outstanding service.
• Confidently sell memberships, packages, and services to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Plan and execute external lead generation—B2B outreach, local engagement, and events.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention.
• Deliver internal marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Handle rostering, leave, and payroll processes.
• Ensure procedural compliance and daily operational checklists are upheld.
• Respond to customer feedback with professionalism and care.
• Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics and team KPIs.
