Our client is a respected contractor needing an

  • Office Manager
  • Scheduler / Administrator
  • with a great attitude and organisational skills to join the company. This person will be instrumental in the day to day operations of the office.
  • Role
  • Assist with General Administration and data entry
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings
  • Uphold the tidiness of the office
  • Liaise with the site staff and Directors
  • Executing on tasks associated with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Monday - Friday role
  • Requirements
  • Prior construction industry experience essential
  • Strong knowledge of Brisbane and surrounds
  • Excellent Customer Relation & Communication Skills
  • Fantastic time management skills
  • High-level attention to detail
  • Autonomous role for someone that is self-sufficient
  • Professionally presented
  • Have a passionate and vibrant personality
