Join us at the Lake Vermont Coal Project as a CHPP Operations Supervisor and take the reins of a high-performing team driving daily operations of our Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP). This is your opportunity to lead from the front, make real-time decisions, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.

What you’ll be doing :

• Lead and supervise daily CHPP operations and shutdown activities
• Drive safety, compliance, production targets, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with mining, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep things running smoothly
• Deliver effective shift handovers, monitor team performance, and manage training needs
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients – you're the go-to person on site
• Report on plant utilisation, co-disposal, train loading, and stockpile management
