Job Summary : As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Spanians Kebabs. Your leadership will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure that our team delivers exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership : Hire, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service : Ensure high standards of customer service and address any customer complaints or issues promptly.
Sales Management : Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting targets and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.
Inventory Control : Manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed and ensuring proper stock rotation.
Financial Oversight : Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and track financial performance to ensure profitability.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Marketing Initiatives : Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special offers, events, and community engagement.
Store Presentation : Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Qualifications : Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar role within the food service or retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Pay : $70,000.00 per year
