The Opportunity

As a Research Analyst at Dexus you will be at the forefront of delivering insightful analysis to support strategic decisions and facilitate effective team communications and information flows. Your role within the Research team is pivotal in shaping the future direction of Dexus through strategic formation and opportunity identification.

How you will make an impact

  • Gather and analyse research materials and data for strategic projects and houseviews.
  • Provide valuable input to investment papers and assist with acquisition and divestment activities.
  • Offer insights and input to thought leadership projects.
  • Prepare and deliver publications reports and internal communications.
  • Raise awareness and manage the research library and information produced by the team.
  • Handle relationships with service providers manage data / information subscriptions and explore new systems.
  • Support business process improvement initiatives including enhancing master models.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.

About You

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Property Commerce Real Estate and / or Economics.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience with a proven understanding of strategy.
  • Demonstrated intermediate or advanced Excel capability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable responsible and flexible with a team-first mentality.
  • Skilled in maintaining positive and productive interactions across diverse teams and environments.
