Senior Recruitment Consultant at Peoplecorp HR RecruitmentLead a team of threeSalary $135-150kBased inner northern suburbs of PerthTHE ORGANISATION Our client is a large, fast-growing organisation delivering a diverse range of services across Australia. With a workforce of over 3,000 employees and a well-resourced, collaborative HR team, they are now seeking a dynamic People & Culture Manager to join their team.

Please note : occasional travel will be required in this position.

THE ROLE Reporting directly to the National P&C Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the Perth operations, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions. You will also lead and support a team of three, fostering their development and ensuring the successful delivery of HR initiatives locally.

Key responsibilities include :

Partnering with the business to provide effective support and guidance aligned with the broader People & Culture strategy.Collaborating with leads across Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Organisational Development, and Workforce Planning.Managing end-to-end casework, including workplace investigations, performance management, and grievance matters.Working closely with the broader P&C team to ensure consistent and best-practice people solutions across the organisation.THE CANDIDATE To thrive in this role, you will bring strong HR business partnering experience within a blue-collar environment. You will be confident in your ability to build relationships across all levels of the business, with well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills. You're comfortable influencing and coaching leaders and bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to complex people matters.
