We are proud of our reputation for safely delivering exciting projects across Western Australia. Due to our strong growth and expansion we are seeking an Operations Manager to join us on our exciting journey.
Reporting to the Managing Director - Operations, this newly created position will work closely with our senior leadership team, both locally and on site to provide leadership and direction across local and site based operations.
The positionThe position is responsible for, but not limited to the following :
Oversight of local and site based projects and operationsStrong focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and other stakeholdersDrive a collaborative team cultureprovide solutions to achieve operational objectives and efficienciesDrive continuous improvement culture and systemsDemonstrate leadership in the promotion of safety systems, strategies & initiatives across all local and on-site operationsParticipate in business strategy initiatives and source new growth opportunitiesAssist as required in the preparation of tenders and quotesRegular presence on client sites and projects along with in depth knowledge of client operationsAbout youMinimum five (5) years of demonstrated success in a similar positionTertiary qualifications in a relevant fieldStrong commercial mind set with previous P&L experienceFrontline Management trainingAble to manage multiple projects at any one time and prioritise focusSelf driven and motivated to achieve a high standard of successStrong networking and relationship building skillsAble to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamStrong organisational skills and ability to prioritize and multi taskHighly developed presentation skillsPrevious tender development and submission experienceDemonstrated success in driving organisational success and growthEffective problem solving skillsClean and current W.A "C" Class Drivers LicenseStrong computer literacy across the full Microsoft Office SuiteA 'can do' attitude with a strong desire to succeed in the role and a passion for health, safety, environment, and communityStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and engagement skillsThis is an ideal opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our growing business and contribute to our success.
