About The Role

As Production Manager, you will oversee and lead daily production operations across multiple sites. You'll be responsible for improving operational performance, enhancing efficiency, and leading a strong production team to deliver on-time and to standard. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role is key in aligning output with demand, reducing waste, and ensuring process compliance and yield accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage daily production operations across multiple facilities.Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.Monitor and report on production yields, input usage, and operational KPIs.Drive yield control and reduce material waste through best practices.Foster collaboration between production, inventory, and forecasting teams.Act as first point of contact for operational issues or delays.Support WHS and food safety compliance across all sites.Lead and coach line leads and site supervisors, building a high-performing team.

What You'll Bring

3+ years' experience in a production or operations management role in food manufacturing.Proven success leading multi-site operations.Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.Practical understanding of yield, inventory, and supply chain operations.Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.Diploma or Certificate in Operations, Supply Chain, or Food Production (or equivalent experience).Leadership that inspires accountability and continuous improvement.
