About the role : This position is for a Sales Consultant eager to advance in complex technology solution sales. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a deep understanding of Federal Government clients, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for solving client problems.

Using a consultative sales approach, you will generate new business opportunities, partner with clients during their digital transformation, manage a portfolio of accounts, and develop compelling proposals and tender responses. You will identify new sales opportunities and position yourself and NCS as trusted advisors.

Minimum requirements : Previous experience in a sales role with consultative and solution sales A strong network of contacts within the federal government Experience selling staffing or technology solutions in cloud, digital transformation, application modernization, data, and AI Ability to manage complex bids, RFPs, and RFQs Strong communication skills for building rapport across various levels Ability to build relationships within complex enterprise and government clients A proactive, collaborative attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills A consultative approach for value-led conversations NCS Australia values diversity and is committed to supporting our employees and communities.
