OSHC Coordinator

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Talent Focus Recruitment has partnered with a leading OSHC provider to find an exceptional Coordinator to oversee the effective and efficient operation of the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service.

As our OSHC Coordinator, you’ll develop and maintain relationships with families, the school community, and community partners. You’ll communicate progress and involve families in service programs, build positive, respectful relationships with children, provide active supervision, and ensure a safe environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Education, or a related field with OSHC
• Experience working in OSHC settings in a leadership position is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for providing high-quality care and education for children.
• Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
