Product Manager - Investments

The CFS Product function oversees all Super and Investment Product offerings. Within CFS Product, the Deposit and Investment Product team manages products which provide investors, members, dealer groups and advisers access to investment options ranging from at-call cash to geared share funds.
Your responsibilitiesProduct Management - Ongoing management of investment options across CFS platforms, incorporating pricing, competitor research, disclosure, terminations. Identifying, planning and implementing improvements to the existing product suite.Product Strategy - Support the development of the product strategy, incorporating pricing and feature design across all the Deposit and Investment products. Preparation and socialisation of product strategy proposals to be considered for prioritisation.Market Awareness - Understand and respond to changing needs of investors, financial advisers, licensees and regulators as drivers to product innovation and development.Research and analysis - Understand customer needs through quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify target markets for products, market trends and competitor developments.Insights & Ideation - Generating and evaluating new product ideas (both revenue generation / expense reduction) for assessment.Investor impact - understand investor impact from product decision-making.Regulation - Ensure that CFS products remain compliant with legislation, CFS policies and standards.Risk Management - Manage the risk of the product set including regular monitoring of adherence to policies, control testing, in-life product monitoring, issue and incident management.Your capability and experienceProven experience as a product manager in the financial industry, specifically managed funds.An understanding of financial markets and relevant regulations, with knowledge of securities lending concepts a plusExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements.Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client experiences within the context of the agreed risk appetite.Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field.What to ExpectAt CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry.
