Reporting to the
- Talent Acquisition Supervisor
- Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- will partner with the Resourcing Team and other areas of the business to provide recruitment support at all levels. You will be involved in assisting with project recruitment, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, organising and attending industry and careers-related events as part of WesTrac's overall talent acquisition strategy.

- Monday to Friday, 18 Months Fixed Term Full Time
- To be successful the following is required
- Strong administrative skills and / or a background in recruitment
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (seen as advantageous)
- Experience working with or the desire to learn reporting and automation tools such as PowerBI and Power Automate
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work consistently
