- Experience
- Minimum 1+yrs' experience in fashion retail management
- Positive attitude & willingness to grow
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS & their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- Ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
