Job description

We are searching for new team members to join ATEX Supplies in January 2025!!

Supplier of steel reinforcement, ATEX Supplies is an Australian owned and family business working across Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle.

This is a casual role with a view to become permanent after fully trained with a start time of 7am Monday - Friday.

As a member of our team you will be required to :

  • Perform general tasks in the warehouse
  • Assist on machinery
  • Pick orders, bundle steel and tag orders
  • Load and unload trucks using overhead cranes
  • Use of forklift (Licenced only)
  • Once fully train will then be able to operate machinery
  • Strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety

    • A little about You :

  • Previous warehouse experience in a similar environment would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Committed and great attendance
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to have a good laugh with the team
  • Forklift licence (beneficial but not essential)
  • Great communication skills
  • Job Type
  • Casual

    • Pay : $30.00 - $34.98 per hour

    Expected hours : No less than 38 per week

    Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Experience
  • Warehouse : 1 year (preferred)

    • Licence / Certification :

  • Forklift Licence (preferred)
  • Driver Licence (required)

    • Work Authorisation :

  • Australia (required)

    • Work Location : In person

    Expected Start Date : 13 / 01 / 2025
