Qualified Maintenance Tradesperson

We are seeking a qualified tradesperson to join our busy team! Someone with a vast knowledge of the Maintenance Industry is essential and having a trade qualification would be advantageous however if you haven't but come with the right attitude and willing to learn then we can definitely work with that too.

We complete all Maintenance works that's requested of us directly from the Builder from the day of handover right up until the 12 month inspections meaning you'll be working in brand new homes each time so having great customer service skills will be vital for this position.

We service all areas from the Gold Coast up to the Sunshine Coast, so travel is expected with the job however in saying that we will always try and put you on jobs that are closest to you first and paid travel is applicable as per our Contractual Terms and Conditions which will be all explained in the interview should you be successful

• Rendering
• Tiling
• Carpentry
• Brickwork
• Landscape Maintenance
• Door Replacements and Fixtures
• Water leak investigations

You must possess an Industry Construction Card (White Card) & Drivers Licence and having a utility vehicle or van is essential.

It's as Full-time Position (Subcontractor Agreement so must have own ABN) of up to 40 hours per week effective immediately.

Pay rate is $50.00 per hour if you possess all of the above.
