About the RoleThey are currently seeking a professional Customer Service Officer to join their team in Wollongong with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 4-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Working within the Training Services Branch, you will be required to provide general information to customers and members of the public on apprenticeships, traineeships and vocational education and training programs to support the Regional Centre.
Your duties, will include but won't be limited to the following :
Deliver high level, professional customer serviceAnswer enquiries providing timely and accurate responsesFacilitate the resolution of complaints, escalate as requiredInbox management, generating correspondenceOrder stationery and maintain office equipmentDistribution of incoming and outgoing mailHigh volume data processing of information into the systemPreparation of documentation, briefs, correspondence, spreadsheets and reportsComplete financial administrative duties including invoices, purchase orders and reconciliationRecords and database management ensuring high accuracy, integrity and confidentialityWork collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholdersEnsure compliance with best practice and legislative requirementsAbout YouTo be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
