- What You Will Do
The Campaigns Coordinator will contribute to the growth of fundraising income by delivering mass marketing campaign plans to help grow the bequest pipeline.
This role is critical in the strategic development, implementation and delivery of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, including digital, direct mail and telemarketing to acquire and retain a pipeline of bequest supporters.
In this role you will project manage, ensuring timelines, budgets and campaigns are kept up to date and on track. You will also enjoy collaborating with and managing stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring you are able to get the best out of them to achieve timely results.

- Support the Head of Gifts in Wills in executing the Gifts in Wills strategy in acquiring more supporters through multiple fundraising channels (direct mail, telemarketing, and working with the marketing business partner in digital & social)
- Develop metrics, data analysis, and reporting on campaign activity
- Manage and retain relationships with supporters in the upper funnel pipeline through customised supporter journeys and accurate recording of information in CRM database
- Undertake other duties or responsibilities, as directed, for example; stewardship calls, assistance at supporter events
- ur Skills & Attributes
- Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, fundraising, or marketing and / or experience in a similar field.
- Understanding of principles of mass marketing (direct mail, digital, eDMs, telemarketing) and relationship fundraising at scale
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and working with a number of stakeholders to deliver projects to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Ability to use data to drive strategic decisions in campaigns
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with maturity and professionalism
- Self-motivated, can work autonomously and uses initiative
- A passion and interest working for a not for profit in the health sector
