• Manage AP inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Process weekly invoicing
• Customer payment processing
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts
• Allocation of payments
• Month end processing
• Matching & coding of invoicing and resolve discrepancies
• Set up new vendors in ERP
• Prep & process payment runs
• Supplier reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Credit card reconciliations
• Expense management
• Skill & Experience Required
• Hold a relevant accounting qualification (diploma / degree / certificate)
• 3+ years in a Accounts Payable position
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication / interpersonal skills
• Ability to liaise with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills and able to work well under pressure
• Able to work well in a team
