  • The Role

    • We are seeking an Asset Manager with a "hands on" approach to manage maintenance and repairs to our growing SA property portfolio, properties include but are not limited to Hahndorf Resort, Mccracken Country Club and Adelaide Beach Front.

  • Responsibilities;
  • Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and assess required maintenance
  • Source, negotiate and engage with sub-contractors / trades to organise and plan a variety of works
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to complete tasks with minimum disruption to guests
  • Identify tasks issues you can resolve and have the ability to pull your sleeves up and get it done
  • Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
  • Ensure works are undertaken in accordance with all standards and specifications
  • Your Experience

    • This is a diverse role with no two days the same, it would be advantageous to have a trade qualification, and any relevant higher construction qualifications. You must have had experience in facilities management, coordination of trades and pre-planning and site organisation from a management level. It's also important that you have demonstrated experience in a construction and / or a multi-residential environment.

    You will join a highly motivated and high performing team within a rapidly paced business that is disrupting the accommodation sector.
