We are seeking an Asset Manager with a "hands on" approach to manage maintenance and repairs to our growing SA property portfolio, properties include but are not limited to Hahndorf Resort, Mccracken Country Club and Adelaide Beach Front.
This is a diverse role with no two days the same, it would be advantageous to have a trade qualification, and any relevant higher construction qualifications. You must have had experience in facilities management, coordination of trades and pre-planning and site organisation from a management level. It's also important that you have demonstrated experience in a construction and / or a multi-residential environment.
You will join a highly motivated and high performing team within a rapidly paced business that is disrupting the accommodation sector.
