Role Overview :

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Fremantle.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing and executing irresistible, borderline genius digital marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin & Google.

Working alongside our content creators, account managers and our Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion campaigns for our clients. You'll be strategising and managing the implementation of digital marketing initiatives for multiple campaigns and clients in varying industries, so thinking outside the box and trying new approaches comes second nature to you.This role often collaborates with PR and communications leads, folding together clever omni-channel tactics to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you will -

• Develop and drive comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives across multiple channels.
• Select visually compelling creative that resonates with target audiences (working alongside our content creators and graphic designers).
• Write irresistible campaign copy that commands attention.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of your campaigns and initiatives, optimising as needed to deliver results.
• Provide insights, reports and recommendations for optimisation back to account managers and clients directly.
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximise return on investment.
• Stay informed about emerging strategies and technologies in digital marketing, providing thought leadership and recommendations for adoption.
