About the role
This position plays a key role in supporting the Prosecutions team within the Transperth Train Operations Division. It is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, compiling prosecution briefs, managing court documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
In addition to its administrative duties, the position coordinates the flow of summons briefs and sets court appointments, ensuring all documents meet required standards and deadlines. This role requires representing the Public Transport Authority in Magistrates and Children’s Courts for simple matters—making it an important frontline support role in the prosecution process.

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start.
This is a pool recruitment process where suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 12 months.
