About You

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for the timely and effective management of customer orders for hardware technology products on a daily basis. This order management role is the key link in communication with our customers for order questions and works closely with our Warehouse and our Business Units to ensure that every order is processed correctly and efficiently. A high attention to detail and strong customer service skills are required in the position, along with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
