Full Stack Developer

Job description3+ years of experience in application or software development Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, PHP) Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or Vue.js) Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations Strong understanding of relational and / or NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Good working knowledge of Git or similar version control tools Solid grasp of SDLC and Agile development principles Experience in debugging, testing, and application deployment processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A positive, proactive attitude & willing to contribute to an already established great workplace culture Embrace and Execute Change Be Challenged and Achieve Cultivate Growth and Learning Working Together is Success Customer Satisfaction First
ABOUT THE ROLE :
We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer (Full Time) to design, build, and maintain software applications that enhance business operations and customer experiences. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that are user-focused, reliable, and scalable. Reporting to our Chief of Technology, you will :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications that meet user and business needs
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Maintain and improve existing applications, identifying opportunities for enhancement or automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX / UI designers, system analysts, and QA testers
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving performance issues
- Integrate third-party APIs and systems where required
- Document code, technical processes, and application changes for future reference
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to recommend improvements
