Rather than dealing with cold leads, you will have countless opportunities to contact hot / warm leads as our entire database has engaged in our educational materials and are interested in the idea of property investment.

ABOUT THE ROLE : You will be getting a pool of warm leads every day who have engaged in one of our educational resources.You will be required to call the leads, chat about their interests in property investment, upsell an appointment either via Google Hangouts, in-home or in the office and financially qualify the lead.You will also receive inbound enquiries from leads who are interested in our products and services.ABOUT YOU : You have personality, you know how to influence decisions and you thrive on helping people see the benefits of our products.You might have 6 months of experience or 20 years of experience, but either way, we want to see your drive, attitude and skill do the work so we can remunerate you accordingly.You have an eye for sales opportunities and understand how to deliver strong account management.You pride yourself on hitting your targets and improving yourself month on month.You have a 'can-do' attitude and a strong work ethic.You are happy to get your hands dirty, step up when required and are prepared to go that extra mile for your team.You might have some property investment experience which is a bonus but isn't necessary.Seniority level Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment type Employment typeFull-timeJob function Job functionEducation and TrainingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at AllianceCorp Property Experts by 2x
