  • IS IT EASY?

    Though, when has anything worth having in life come easily?

    This is going to work you over to start with, get you lifting so much that going to the gym will feel like a breeze, but the difference here is that you will be the one getting paid to get fit and every day you will be getting closer to that Drillers role that you will want!!

    You will also be earning some serious dollars, that will help make the aches and pains worthwhile!

  • WHAT DOES A DAY LOOK LIKE?

    • Firstly, you will be working with industry leading machinery here, the rigs are excellent quality and exceptionally maintained.

    As a Driller's offsider, you'll be the drill crew's go-to for all work needs! You will play a critical role in ensuring drilling operations run smoothly.

    From prepping the equipment to keeping the worksite clean and tidy, and following all the necessary safety procedures, you'll be the one ensuring things run smoothly.

    At the end of the day you will have earned a big meal, a cold drink and a comfy bed... sometimes you might get all 3, sometimes you might get 2 out of 3 and other times... well let's just say you will love getting into your own bed when you get home!

  • SO WHATS THE CATCH?

    • At a minimum, we

  • NEED
  • you to have the following :
  • A C Class manual licence (HR licence highly regarded).
  • At least 6-month recent work experience in a labour-intensive role.
  • A National Police Clearance, no one gets an opportunity without one!
  • Be a WA resident with Australian work rights.
  • High level of physical fitness. (We will put you through your paces in our testing room).
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and a drug and alcohol test.
  • Requirements
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment easily (or at least be willing to give it your all!).
  • A willingness to work in all weather conditions (rain, hail or shine).
  • Attention to detail that's sharper than a drill bit.
  • A love of working as part of a team (because teamwork makes the dream work).
  • A desire to work 2 weeks on 1 week off. Think of a whole week off every 3 weeks, Bali will be your second home!
