  • We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the

    • Cedar Heath Service
    • team as a
    • Social Worker,
    • where you will be responsible for :
    • Development and delivery of quality psychosocial health service to support improved health outcomes for consumers through the provision of evidenced based interventions in line with the Model of Care- Accountable for adhering to all facets of the Model of Care such as procedures and work instructions- Continuous service improvement through research, evaluation and the development of policies, procedures and practice standards for the organisation.
    • About You
    • To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to :

    • work with consumers who are vulnerable and impacted by DFV.
    • critically analyse and respond to the changing needs of consumers and the organisation.
    • develop, deliver and evaluate training and group programs
    • contribute to ongoing quality improvement activities
