• Location - Sydney
• Lead the scrum team and introduce agile values and adopt scrum framework for digital project delivery
• Coach the Scrum team in self-management and cross-functionality
• Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
• Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Ensure all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
• Find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
• Should have experience in Financial Domain
• Should have experience in Banking / Payment Domain
