Exciting opportunity for an Organisational Change Manager to join a leading Financial Service organisation in an FTC position to work on a large-scale data program. This role will support projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) as well as initiatives using traditional project delivery models.

Your dutiesDeliver change strategy that will result in technical and behaviour change and ensure it is delivered professionally and efficientlyImplement new capabilities, systems and processes to remediate data across multiple systemsUtilise existing change management framework and tools design fit for purpose change, learning and communication plansManage change activities across multiple streams and squadsCoaching and ongoing support for business SME to ensure delivery of change activitiesEnsure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirementsAbout you2+ years working within Agile project environment5+ years working as an Organisational Change Manager working on large programs of workExperience working on complex IT projects and large scale transformation projectsExperience working with Technology teams and understanding technical concepts to translate into business requirementsCertification or qualification in Change ManagementBenefitsHybrid way of workingHealth and wellness initiativesMentoring and learning opportunities
