Waiters - Premium Dining

Located in the iconic seaside town of Lorne in Victoria, Ipsos Restaurant and Bar is a full service, premium-dining restaurant that specialises in Greek and Mediterranean food and has an impressive wine selection.

We are seeking skilled and experienced Premium-Dining Waiters to join our vibrant and dynamic team on a full-time, or casual basis.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the industry and values being part of a supportive team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to :

  • Welcoming customers and settling them in to the restaurant
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Serving drinks and food
  • Up-selling food and drinks, including premium wines
  • Clearing and setting tables for service
  • Assisting with cleaning restaurant when required

    • Applicants must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

    Must-haves

  • Experience in a vibrant high-volume restaurant
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and an interest in all thing's food & wine
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings & weekends?
  • Whilst it is our preference to employ from the local labour market, we will consider people already in Australia and who hold visas with working rights. We will also provide a pathway to permanent residency for the right applicants.

    • Annual salary offered $65,000 - $75,000 (plus Superannuation)
