As a Lead Educator , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive. Working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team, you'll design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.
ABOUT THE SERVICE :
- New, purpose-built 82 place service
- Gorgeous single storey service catering for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play yards
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
- This position will be working in Classroom 1 with our 0 - 2 year old children
