- Responsibilities
- 1. Building Products
As an assembly operator, you will work on the assembly line to build modular structures based on drawings, instructions, or schematics.
2. Safety and EfficiencyFollow established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure smooth operations during assembly.
3. Quality ControlInspect assembled products for any faults or defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.
4. Loading and PackingLoad product pieces slated for assembly onto the line and pack assembled products into boxes for storage.
5. TroubleshootingHalt production if machinery fails or major defects are detected, and report incidents or faulty operations to management.
RequirementsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification.ExperienceAt least two years of experience working on an assembly line.Technical SkillsSolid understanding of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.Safety AwarenessExcellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.Physical StaminaAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.Comfortable standing for extended periods.AdvantagesPrevious construction experience or timber assembly knowledge.
