We are seeking an Apprentice Carpenter / Joiner for an immediate start in Healesville Regional Victoria. AGE IS NO BARRIER. All ages should apply. We welcome all applicants. Must be living near Healesville. Five days per week. We are close to transport. NOTE THAT $5000 IS PAYABLE BY THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT FOR NEW APPRENTICES OVER A TWO YEAR PERIOD. MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT. Caravan onsite provided for accommodation.

• THE ROLE

On the job training to learn the skills necessary for carpentry, such as reading blueprints, cutting materials, building structures, and making repairs. The training is full-time and delivered over 3-4 years on the worksite, with assessments to measure knowledge and problem-solving skills. The safety and wellbeing of our people is our priority and we adhere strictly to Health and Safety Regulations and Requirements.
