About the role
As a people leader, you are expected to shape and contribute to the strategic direction of the Finance Branch, aligning procurement and contract management activities with broader College objectives. You will lead by example, coaching and supporting your direct reports to develop their own leadership capability, embed professional standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Your leadership will focus on building high-performing teams, enabling them to deliver services aligned with strategic goals while upholding compliance, efficiency, and value for money. To be successful in this role you will have strong experience in Procurement and Contract management, preferably in an educational setting. You enjoy working in an agile workplace and will embrace practical solutions, balancing speed of results with compliance and purpose, while steering away from micromanagement You will enjoy the autonomy and responsibility of leading and developing a high performing team within a finance environment.
