The Role We are looking for casual Personal Care Workers who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. As this is a casual position, we can offer flexible hours and working arrangements.

You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

What you will do Positive resident experience through resident-first approach Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences. Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts A collaborative, team approach Manual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctly Feedback and incidents are reported Safe, high quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Selection Criteria Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent) Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously Hold NDIS Worker Checks or willing to obtain Interested?
