Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established to manage the operations of Richmond's health, fitness, and leisure activities. Supported by the Richmond Football Club's systems and staff, Aligned Leisure operates 42 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, theatres, and other facilities across Victoria and New South Wales.

We are looking for fitness professionals to guide and motivate members with personalized workouts, exercise demonstrations, safe equipment use, and ongoing support at our Casey Leisure sites, including Casey ARC, Casey RACE, and Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre.

This role allows you to build your client base without overhead costs, offering a rent-free space and paid hourly wages. You will maintain a professional and immaculate gym environment and continually educate yourself.

Key responsibilities include :

Gym Floor : Assisting members, providing advice, and ensuring safety and a welcoming environment. Personal Trainer : Conducting personalized training sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Group Training Coach : Leading small group classes such as HIIT, functional fitness, or strength training. Essential qualifications and experience :

Fitness Registration certification. Certificate III and IV in Fitness or equivalent. Current First Aid and CPR certificates (HLTAID003 / HLTAID011). Working with Children Check. Personal attributes :

Customer-focused. Enthusiastic about the leisure industry and serving Aligned Leisure. Ability to coach and mentor members. Committed to delivering exceptional service. Outgoing and engaging personality. Availability for evening shifts (after 4 : 00 PM) on weekdays and weekends (7 am - 8 pm) is highly desirable.
