About The Company
Our client's expertise is in the management of hip, knee, foot and ankle, shoulder, elbow and wrist conditions and the management of orthopaedic trauma across Sydney. The team prides themselves on providing high-quality, evidence-based, compassionate and respectful care to all patients.
About The Opportunity
You will be working within a purpose built, Orthopaedic Specialist Clinic providing secretarial support to Orthopaedic Surgeons. You will be part of a dedicated team of clinicians and administrators to deliver excellent patient care.
duties.
Some of your responsibilities will include :
- General administration and reception duties
- Preparing clinic rooms for consultations
- Maintaining and updating patient records and handling confidential information
- Managing patient communication, including the booking, invoicing and rescheduling of appointments
- Dealing with Third Party Insurers / Workers Compensation, Medicare and DVA
