Based in our East Perth location, the Administration Worker will support the effective operation of the Drug and Alcohol Youth Service (DAYS) reception including the provision of information and practical assistance to people presenting for assistance and the booking of appointments. You will provide administrative support requiring a high degree of judgement, initiative, confidentiality, and sensitivity. The position will require you to manage and complete a range of administrative tasks to enable the effective running of the program, including supporting employees to complete administration duties in an accurate and timely manner.
With significant experience in an administrative role and demonstrated ability to work with vulnerable people, you will be confident managing competing priorities and working with people displaying challenging behaviours. Other requirements include :
