We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of Client Solutions in the Disability Employment Services and Workforce Australia contracts within the relevant Employment Service Areas.
Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, you will lead a team of up to 20 Client Solution Consultants, as well as meet all relevant KPI measures and stretch targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded.Establish and communicate clear direction for the effective operations of the Contact Centre set objectives and priorities, promote effective teamwork and innovative solutions.Develop the capacity of your team to perform and contribute by providing leadership, supervision, coaching / mentoring, feedback and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods.Be accountable and transparent to the Contact Centre Manager with respect to business risk, governance, contractual and financial performance.Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure a consistence service delivery is maintained / consistent across the sites / regions and centralised teamsAbout YouYou naturally possess a tangible and energetic leadership style, matched with strategic initiative and vision to influence a high performing team.
