The opportunity : You are a self-motivated, friendly retail or customer service expert seeking a new challenge to join our Retail Team.

You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store as if it were your own.

Key accountabilities : Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs / targetsMaximize sales and promote our Travelex product range to all customersEmbrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews, Facebook, InstagramMonitor stock levels, investigate overs and shorts (differences), and report findingsComply with all company and location policies and procedures, including legal requirementsYour experience : Passion for travel and a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnjoys working with numbers and attention to detail in a structured environmentRetail, cash-handling, and / or banking experience is desirable but not essentialAbility to handle routine activities accurately and with attention to detailA proven track record of performance through increased sales and / or KPIsAbility to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externallyAt Travelex, our colleagues are our core.
