We are looking for an Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team. We are a growing accountancy firm who are looking for a receptionist to join us on our journey. We are a family orientated office with flexible work conditions.
Your key responsibilities would include :
- Reception duties including answering incoming calls, transferring / taking messages accordingly and meeting and greeting clients.
- Supporting all staff within the company with administrative duties
- Ensure that all data and information is accurate and up to date in our systems
- Assist with arranging appointments, scheduling meetings, including the collection and organisation of relevant documents.
