Job description

We are looking for an Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team. We are a growing accountancy firm who are looking for a receptionist to join us on our journey. We are a family orientated office with flexible work conditions.

Your key responsibilities would include :

  • Reception duties including answering incoming calls, transferring / taking messages accordingly and meeting and greeting clients.
  • Supporting all staff within the company with administrative duties
  • Ensure that all data and information is accurate and up to date in our systems
  • Assist with arranging appointments, scheduling meetings, including the collection and organisation of relevant documents.

Skills & Attributes :

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong technical receptionist skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • An ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • A high level of attention to detail and initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of customer service skills and professionalism
  • We are looking for someone who is :

  • Friendly and considerate with a strong customer service focus
  • Able to work well as part of a close-knit team
  • Highly proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Computer literate with intermediate skills in Office 365(including Outlook, Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adherent to requirements of maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our clients at all times.
