Most projects are in the range of $10-20m in value. The majority of their work is with repeat clients, and these clients have a significant pipeline of works over the next five years, providing a high level of stability and growth potential in this role.

Job Description Key responsibilities will include :

Writing scopes of worksNegotiating and letting sub-contractsInvolvement with monthly cost reportsManaging variationsThe Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include :

Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projectsHigh level of computer literacyExperience with modern construction software systems (e.g., Jobpac, Cheops, Procore)Excellent interpersonal skillsWhat's on Offer On offer :
