A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Graduate Lawyer to join its leading insurance litigation team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a beginning lawyer to build their litigation career alongside one of the most successful and respected teams in Australia.

This team is renowned for its deep expertise in managing mid to highly complex matters, high-volume litigation, and strategically significant disputes for major insurers. The successful candidate will receive mentoring from senior practitioners recognised for their technical excellence and litigation leadership.

Key Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation and management of CTP personal injury matters

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, submissions, and correspondence

Review liability, quantum, and medical evidence in complex claim files

Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and counsel

Attend court and settlement conferences under supervision

Develop litigation skills in a fast-paced and intellectually rewarding environment

Ideal Candidate : Recently admitted or near admission as a solicitor in Australia

Strong academic performance in torts, civil procedure, or insurance law

Enthusiasm for litigation and a genuine interest in personal injury / insurance law

Exceptional attention to detail, time management and communication skills

A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
