Meat Carter

Alexander Downs now has an exciting opportunity for Meat Carter to join our Meat Wholesale team based in Kurri Kurri, NSW. Working in a good team environment. The successful applicant will hold a current HR license with a good driving record and be reasonably fit. Previous experience as a Meat Carter will be looked upon favourably, but we will train the right applicant. The applicant must be physically fit as the position involves manual handling and be a team player. Must pass a drug and alcohol test. Early midnight start, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

• Have a Heavy Rigid Drivers licence
• Be able to work night shift
• Be physical fit to load and unload meat and meat portions onto and off truck
