JOB DETAILS : Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based support to women and women with children who are experiencing or have experienced family violence, within a safe and secure crisis accommodation environment.Assist clients with daily needs, emotional support, and referrals to essential services, helping them regain stability and independence.Work alongside families in crisis to develop and implement client-led case plans that prioritise the safety, best interests, and developmental needs of children.Collaborate with internal teams and external services to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to care and support.
