  • About the role
  • As a Sales Coordinatorat Ocean Protect, you will play a crucial role in supporting our NSW sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day sales operations. This full-time position is based in our Prestons, NSW office and offers excellent opportunities for career development within a dynamic and growing organisation.

    • What you'll be doing
    • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentation materials
    • Handling customer / account inquiries and requests, following up promptly and efficiently
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in our CRM system
    • Assisting with the preparation of quotations, sales reports and proposals
    • Reviewing civil / stormwater drawings and liaising with the internal engineering team
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfilment
    • Providing general office support as needed, such as answering phones and managing incoming correspondence
    • What we're looking for
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
    • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment
    • Ability to handle a high number of incoming calls
    • Can-do attitude with a solutions based approach

      Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
