About the roleAs a Sales Coordinatorat Ocean Protect, you will play a crucial role in supporting our NSW sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day sales operations. This full-time position is based in our Prestons, NSW office and offers excellent opportunities for career development within a dynamic and growing organisation.
- What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentation materials
- Handling customer / account inquiries and requests, following up promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in our CRM system
- Assisting with the preparation of quotations, sales reports and proposals
- Reviewing civil / stormwater drawings and liaising with the internal engineering team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfilment
- Providing general office support as needed, such as answering phones and managing incoming correspondence
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to handle a high number of incoming calls
- Can-do attitude with a solutions based approach
