Job descriptionPay Rate Availability required Office based role located in Lithgow The successful contractors will be working on a 6am-10pm rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. The Role Requirements / Skills prior to starting WWCC & Police Check 2 References from past employment Excellent numeracy & literacy skills Sales experience would be highly regarded, however contact centre, education or some kind of high volume based work experience is a must Excellent customer service skills / experience Reliable and available to fulfil the above requirements Used to working in a high volume operating environment, experience using telephony, CRM highly regarded. Previous contact centre experience highly regarded. Customer service experience. Tech savvy individuals as TAFE use up to 6 systems at one time - Proven experience on resume required. Motivation to work in a contract role must be checked prior to starting
