We are currently seeking a Membership Services Representative to join our thriving Forrestfield Zap Club .

Reporting to the State Performance Manager, the Membership Services Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience and building strong stakeholder relationships. The role includes driving member growth, sales, care, retention, and performing various customer service and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will provide high-end premium service at all times.

The right candidate will have :

• Experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role
• Interest and passion for health and fitness
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Availability to work Saturdays and some weekdays
