Community Support Worker

We are looking for experienced Female support workers around Perth area.

• In the Support Worker role you will
• Provide social support, shopping assistance
• Provide care, supports and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill as detailed in the Support Plan.
• Promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that may impact the quality and safety of care, supports and services.
• Act with respect for the privacy of people..
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

• Full Australian working rights.
• Have a current WA Drivers Licence.
• Have a current Provide First Aid Certificate.
• Have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Have your own motor vehicle which is roadworthy, registered and insured.
• Have your own mobile phone.
• Certificate III in Disability (Desirable)

Pay : $31.76 - $57.17 per hour
